Launching Greater Seattle · Late June 2026
We partner with audited local restaurants to cook and deliver fresh, portioned meals matched to your care plan, your preferences, and your neighbourhood.
Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, managing a chronic condition, or just done with meal prep, we handle the details so you don't have to.
Eating Disorders
Portion sizes set to what your RD specifies. If calorie counts or serving weights feel triggering, we leave them off the packaging entirely.
Chronic Conditions
Whether it's low-glycaemic meals, a renal diet, or something your doctor specified, we work to the exact brief and coordinate with your care team.
RD Patients
Already working with an RD? We open a direct line between you, your dietitian, and our kitchen. Every meal follows what they've laid out. Nothing gets improvised.
General Wellness
No diagnosis needed. If you just want fresh, properly cooked meals from local Seattle restaurants without the shopping and prep, that's enough.
If you're working with an RD, we open a three-way channel between you, your dietitian, and our team. We follow their requirements, work with you on food preferences, and let you decide how many meals to order each week.
You can choose from our rotating template menus, follow a plan your RD has prescribed, or bring your own requests. Pricing is based on portion size, ingredients, and complexity. You decide what to order.
Minimum 6 meals per delivery. We deliver once or twice a week depending on your volume.
After you pay, your order goes to the nearest audited partner restaurant. They prep and cook over the weekend. Nothing frozen, nothing batch-processed.
Meals are delivered the same day they're cooked or the morning after. Prefer to skip the delivery fee? You can pick up directly from the restaurant.
Meals arrive in an insulated cooler with reusable gel ice packs. When you're done, rinse the glass containers, pack them back with the ice packs, and leave the cooler outside.
We pick it up before your next delivery, clean everything, and reuse it. No single-use packaging, ever.
"The last thing we want is to strip away the emotional value of food."
We use reusable glass containers for everything. Not primarily for the environment (though that matters), but because meals in glass don't feel commercial.
If we're replacing someone's diet entirely, a microwaveable plastic box is the wrong message. And if we're calling ourselves health-optimized, having clients consume microplastics daily is contradictory. Glass keeps food tasting as it was intended. It goes in the microwave, oven, or air fryer. It looks like something you'd make yourself.
